What
are Debenture Tickets?
A Debenture Ticket is a loan made by an investor (the ticket holder) to
Wimbledon. Wimbledon use the capitol created from the loan to fund projects
and improvements , such as the new #1 Court. Instead of receiving money paid
out on the interest of the loan to Wimbledon (the debenture), investors
(ticket holders) are given prime location seating on either Center Court or
No.1 Court. They are also entitled to privileges exclusive to debenture
ticket holders. They are the only tickets that can be legally transferred or
sold by the holder to someone else.

Wimbledon Debenture Tickets are limited.
There are only 2100 Center Court Debenture Tickets available, not enough to
meet the demand. This makes them expensive and difficult to get, but the
experience of being a Debenture Ticket holder is priceless.

As a Debenture Ticket holder you will find yourself within the first 12 rows
of the covered stands (sections 201 to 212) on Center
Court and all different levels on Court 1.
